Since establishment this company has maintained the highest standards with regards to Health & Safety personnel, equipment, and the delivery of quality product to its clients. In early 2018 we concluded a sale agreement whereby 51% of our South African Drilling Company was acquired by a BBBEE consortium, Discovery Drilling South Africa (DDSA).
DDSA is a broad-based 75% black-owned and controlled South African mining services company owned by two black anchor shareholders, Indlovukati Investments and Ramab Health Care. DDSA is 25% female owned.
The company is led by a team with a combined management experience of over 150 years in the operation and development of multi-national businesses.
